Sunderland linked with £6.5m striker
SUNDERLAND are among a host of clubs being linked with a move for striker Kevin Doyle if Wolves are relegated.
Manager Mick McCarthy admits they have little chance of keeping the 6.5m-rated Republic of Ireland international if they go down, according to today's Daily Mirror.
Aston Villa, Fulham and Everton and reported to be set to rival the Black cats for Doyle's signature if his side slip into the Championship.
