Thieves discard stolen copper wire
THIEVES have stolen copper wire from a South Tyneside industrial unit.
The wire had been cut away from the unit at Mitre Place, South Shields, before being thrown away on a nearby path.
Anyone with information on the theft, which happened at 11.10pm on February 1, is asked to contact police on 101 ext 69191, or Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111.
